Morocco’s first cannabis-only law firm. We specialize in ANRAC licensing, compliance, trade law, cooperative structuring, and criminal defense — built for the legal cannabis era.
The Cannabis Legal Collective is more than a law firm — it’s a mission. We were created to support Morocco’s transition to a legal cannabis economy that works for everyone. With deep legal expertise, a reform-driven mindset, and a commitment to social justice, we guide clients through every legal challenge — while standing with the communities that built this industry from the ground up.
A mission-driven law firm focused entirely on cannabis. We combine legal excellence with grassroots commitment to protect, empower, and elevate Morocco’s regulated cannabis sector.
Because cannabis legalization must repair the past. We exist to ensure legacy farmers, families, and communities are included — legally, securely, and with dignity.
Based in Tangier, Rabat, and Al Hoceima — and serving clients nationwide and abroad in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish — wherever cannabis law matters.
The Cannabis Legal Collective (CLC) was born out of necessity — not from a boardroom, but from the hills of Ketama, where Morocco’s cannabis history runs deep and personal. For over five decades, farmers here lived in the shadows of criminalization, building an industry without recognition, protection, or a path forward.
Our story begins with one woman — now our Chief of Social Responsibility — who launched a grassroots initiative to support these legacy farmers as Morocco began to legalize cannabis. Her mission was clear: ensure that the very people who carried this industry were not excluded from its future.
What started as community support quickly revealed a much deeper need: expert legal guidance. Farmers didn’t just need help applying for licenses — they needed someone to stand beside them, protect their rights, structure their cooperatives, and prepare them for fair partnerships and international trade.
CLC was created to meet that need — to serve as a bridge between tradition and legality, between forgotten communities and global opportunity. Today, we remain grounded in that origin: a team, built from the ground up to empower Morocco’s cannabis-producing regions.
Cannabis law must create opportunity, not barriers. We use legal tools to build equity, protect communities, and ensure Morocco’s cannabis future is just and inclusive.
We practice law with integrity, precision, and purpose — ensuring every client, from farmer to investor, receives ethical, expert support rooted in justice and equity.
We stand with the people behind the plant. Every case we take reflects our promise to serve lawfully, act boldly, and uplift Morocco’s cannabis communities.
The Cannabis Legal Collective is powered by a team of lawyers, advocates, and cannabis law specialists who believe that legalization must serve both justice and progress. With deep expertise in Moroccan law, ANRAC licensing, GACP compliance, and international trade, our legal team works across languages, borders, and legal systems to deliver clarity and protection at every step
